Why should you list with me instead of someone else?

I have said repeatedly that I LOVE helping buyers find their homes…being a Buyer’s agent, we get to be there when the Client realizes they’re getting something extraordinary. We are there for one of the biggest moments in peoples’ lives and we get to feel the feels and know we made a big difference for someone. We also see the work ethic and due diligence of the Listing Agents…all of them. There is a huge difference in service levels out there, and I have seen it all. In many showings I go on, it is pretty obvious the listing agent hasn’t popped in in a while. I have found everything from running toilets to unsecured properties to squatters who were living in unoccupied listings unbeknown to the owner or listing agent. This is why I typically arrive to showings ahead of my Clients – just to minimize any unpleasant surprises that might create a bad experience. When I list a home, I also make sure that I go by once or twice per week until we get it sold, just to make sure the property is well cared for and that Buyers Agents showing MY listings don’t encounter the wackadoodle things I have seen in the years on this job.
